Prove control. Then keep it.

Testing, auditing, consultation and training from an iNARTE-certified team, so your ESD programme holds up in front of any auditor.

[ 01 ] Testing · on site & in the lab

Measured, not assumed.

On-site testing is led by an iNARTE-certified ESD engineer to keep your production areas compliant with ESD S20.20. Low-humidity testing qualifies your ESD products to the same standard.

[ 02 ] How an audit runs

Five steps to a clean report.

Every audit ends with numbers you can show your customer, plus a list of exactly what to fix.

  1. 01 · SURVEYWalk the EPA

Map zones, grounding points, materials and traffic with your team.

  2. 02 · MEASURETest to method

Floors, footwear, seating, garments, work surfaces and ionizers, to TR53 and STM methods.

  3. 03 · REPORTReadings & verdicts

Every item logged with its result against your programme limits.

  4. 04 · RECTIFYFix what failed

Floor repair, ionizer balancing, grounding and replacement items from stock.

  5. 05 · VERIFYRe-test & schedule

Confirm compliance and set the next verification date.

[ 03 ] Self-check · ANSI/ESD S20.20 programme elements

How ready is your ESD programme?

Answer eight questions about the elements an S20.20 programme covers. You'll get a readiness score and the gaps we'd look at first. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

01Programme planA documented ESD control programme with a named coordinator.
02TrainingEveryone who handles ESD-sensitive items is trained, with records kept.
03Compliance verificationFloors, mats, ionizers, garments and grounding are checked on a schedule.
04Grounding & bondingCommon-point ground, equipotential bonding, verified earth.
05Personnel groundingWrist straps when seated; ESD footwear plus ESD floor when moving.
06Protected areas (EPA)EPAs are defined and marked, and insulators are removed or ionized.
07PackagingESD-safe packaging is specified for inside and outside the EPA.
08MarkingESD-sensitive items, packaging and areas are labelled.
50/ 100 readiness

A guided self-check for planning. It is not a certification assessment.

    [ 04 ] Consultation · S20.20 certification

    Certification without the guesswork.

Thinking of getting your facility ESD S20.20 certified? We'll point you to the accredited certification bodies nearest your site and walk you through the preparation, so the certification programme runs smoothly.
